Our Beginnings... Organizational Change Consultants International, Inc. (OCCI) was established in July 1995, with the vision of building a world that works with no one left out." With more than 100 combined years of experience among themselves in business and training, the founding directors of OCCI committed themselves to the misson of "Transforming the Philippines by transforming the Filipino."

We Continue to Grow... OCCI continues to expand its network through coaching and facilitator-in-training programs, and the LEAP Success Club that provides a venue of growth and support to its graduates. On its 11th year in the Philippine training industry, OCCI has re-branded itself as The Coaching Company, a way of sharing the OCCI mission to dedicated graduates who continue to volunteer their services in helping people develop their full potential through coaching, facilitating and creating learning events, motivated by a vision of a better tomorrow.

Our Formula of Success...Our intention is to always deliver excellence. Thus, OCCI keeps itself updated on the latest cutting edge training concepts and methodologies so that it may continue to offer the best in training services to companies, organizations, and communities. All training programs are based on fundamental theories of change and human behavior derived from scientific and action research.
