Public Coaching Program over 60 days with an OCCI Life coach that integrates the FLEX and ALC behavioral change methodology. With effective paradigms in place, LEAP graduates continue to be happy and successful, sustaining program results after the end of their OCCI journey. The Leadership Excellence Achievement Program guarantees a total personal empowerment through the BE-DO-HAVE framework. LEAP's program structure provides daily contact with a personal life coach, weekly meetings with a support group, and monthly workshop sessions that will serve as checkpoints. Focused on results, it is about making life work 100% and in a process, celebrating one's greatness.
