Graduate School

With the proven success of the OCCI Trilogy in creating cultures of excellence, we are inviting men and women from organizations, corporations, communities, institutions, to join us in the OCCI Vision of “a world that works with no one left out”. OCCI is now offering a Certificate program for people interested to be FLEX Facilitators and OD Consultants using the latest in positive change methodologies.

The Certificate course may be applied for credits toward a Masteral Degree in OD, specializing in Leadership Transformation. This is made possible with OCCI’s strategic partnership with the SAIDI (South Asia Interdisciplinary Institute) School of Organizational Development (OD). The OCCI venue will serve as the campus for this program offering.

OCCI Certificate Course: Cognate - 9 units
1. Self-Mastery (OCCI Trilogy)
The main power of a change agent comes from the Self. It is the clarity of Self-awareness that will enable a change agent to understand events clearly, allowing for the effective application of change tools. The OCCI Trilogy is a means for fast-tracking a potential change agent’s movement towards self-mastery.

2. Process Management towards Empowerment (FLEX facilitating)
A change agent is a facilitator of positive change in individuals, teams and organizations. It begins with a strong desire to make a difference. This module is directed towards the development of skills of facilitation in small groups, teambuilding, designing adult learning programs.

3. Managing Change in Organizations
It is said that modern organizations must be ready to adapt to very fast changes in its external environment if it expects to survive and grow. This module will provide the basic framework how change happens in organization and how to effectively manage the process.
